Bringing your body back to a neutral balance by drinking alkalizing juices is one of those dietary changes where you’ll really notice a difference. And while you’ve likely seen lists upon lists of the benefits of juicing and the benefits of eating alkaline foods, combining the two ideas just got easier with these alkalizing juice recipes!  Juice recipes such as this are also great if you are juicing for weight loss.

Alkalizing Ginger Ale

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1-2 sprigs Mint leaf
  • 2 kale leaves
  • ½-inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon (squeeze into final juice or peel and put into juicer)

Run everything through a juicer and enjoy immediately. The alkalizing benefits of this recipe are best right after the ingredients are juiced.

Alkalizing Carrot Lemon

  • 5 medium carrots
  • 1 lemon (squeeze into final juice or peel and put into juicer)

Run through your juicer, and serve immediately. Bright, sweet, and refreshing, this alkalizing juice recipe is sure to be a winner!  While contrary to what you  might think, lemon juice while acid, has an alkalizing affect on your body when consumed.
